The Bowdoin Place community group will use artwork to beautify utility boxes located at Fremont Ave N and N. 39th St to enhance the visual appeal of the utility boxes that are a frequent target of graffiti and vandalism. A community celebration will be held in October 2017 to view the completed utility box artwork.
