Small Business Administration

<p>The primary mission of the FAST program is to strengthen the technological competitiveness of small businesses in the United States. The FAST program provides yearly funding to eligible organizations to execute state-based programs, which may also collaborate regionally, that raise awareness of the SBIR/STTR programs, educate small businesses on new and ongoing program requirements, increase application submission and awards, and reach all eligible small businesses.</p>

Administration for Community Living

The purpose of the National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) on Kinship and Grandfamilies is to increase the services provided to grandfamilies and kinship families through the National Aging Services Network. This center will increase the National Aging Services Network capacity and effectiveness to support the health and well-being of members of grandfamilies and kinship families, including caregivers, children, and their parents. NTAC will catalyze implementation of the National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers by scaling replicable models proven to support grandfamilies and kinship families in their caregiving roles. The NTAC will do this through collaboration with subject matter experts, provision of technical assistance, resources and training across systems, fostering peer-to-peer learning, and planning responses to emergencies and disasters.

U.S. Mission to Israel

U.S. Embassy Jerusalem s Public Diplomacy Section (PDS) announces an open competition to implement projects that advance U.S. economic, commercial, and security interests in Israel. This Annual Program Statement (APS) outlines strategic goals, expected outcomes, target audiences, eligibility criteria, and application guidelines for cooperative agreements ranging from $25,000 to $250,000, with a project duration of up to 12 months. Project proposals must address at least one of the following goals: 1. Advance U.S. economic interests and technological leadership 2. Counter malign influence and promote free speech 3. Promote President Trump s 20-point Peace Plan 4. Advance U.S. interests through American arts and culture 5. Engage alumni networks to advance U.S. interests In addition to aligning with one of the strategic goals, applicants should clearly explain how they advance American leadership and excellence and how the projects deliver measurable results. This APS seeks to partner with eligible entities, including not-for-profit organizations, education institutions, or individuals to achieve these goals. Please read the entire APS package before submitting an application. Applications must be submitted by July 22, 2026, for projects beginning as early as September 1, 2026. Under this priority, 10 grants, one within each of the 10 HHS regions, will be funded as part of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) National Network. Applicants must propose a program of training, technical assistance, outreach, and research that lead to improved understanding by stakeholders of their rights and responsibilities under the ADA. The grants will have a 36-month project period, with three 12-month budget periods.

Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health

The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) announces the anticipated availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Division B, Title II of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-75).This notice solicits applications for projects to rigorously evaluate promising interventions that contribute to adolescent optimal health and preventing teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), behavioral risk factors underlying teen pregnancy, or other associated risk factors. OPA intends to make available approximately $8.3 million for an estimated nine (9) grant awards for a period of up to five (5) years. The actual amount available will not be determined until enactment of the FY2027 federal budget.The goal of this initiative is to identify effective interventions focused on body literacy and ensuring transparency and protection of parental rights for future replication by adolescent health practitioners and youth-serving professionals, and to disseminate the research findings and lessons learned to inform future studies.

Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation

<p>The Department of State’s Office of the Nonproliferation and Disarmament Fund (ACN/NDF) is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). ACN/NDF invites non-profit/non-governmental organizations, international organizations, educational institutions, for-profit organizations, and U.S. federal government entities to submit proposals for projects that will advance the mission of NDF’s nuclear security, safety, and nonproliferation special project. Funds provided under this grant shall be used to develop and implement a program of cooperation with Türkiye on the development, procurement, deployment, and operation of its civil nuclear energy infrastructure. This project seeks to counter the nuclear proliferation and security threats and nuclear safety, security, and nonproliferation-related hazards associated with Türkiye’s selection of non-U.S. reactors and associated supply chains, as well as potential Turkish interest in nuclear cooperation with non-U. S. companies.</p>

Office for Victims of Crime

This program is intended to Increase the availability of victim services for AI/AN victims of human trafficking in urban centers and improve the organizational capacity of funded organizations to provide victim services.

Under this particular opportunity, a DRRP must conduct knowledge translation and related activities in collaboration with the ADA National Network"s grantees. Specifically, among other requirements to be described in the funding opportunity announcement, the ADA KT Center must coordinate and support KT activities of the ADA National Network, conduct research aimed at improving knowledge translation on the ADA, manage and maintain the Outcome Measurement System (OMS) database, and organize and support an ADA research conference.
