The Delta States Rural Development Network Program supports support the planning, development, and implementation of integrated health care networks that collaborate in order to (i) achieve efficiencies; (ii) expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of basic health care services and associated health outcomes in rural areas within the eight rural Mississippi Delta Region states (Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, and Tennessee); and (iii) strengthen the rural health care system as a whole.

U.S. Mission to Ghana

<p><span style="color: black;">The U.S. Department of State's Embassy Accra, Ghana announces an open competition to implement programs that advance U.S.-Ghana bilateral relations and U.S. foreign policy priorities in Ghana and West Africa. This funding opportunity supports projects that align U.S.-Ghana economic and commercial engagement with core U.S. interests, secure U.S. borders through law enforcement collaboration and informed travel, counter malign actors who threaten U.S. interests in the region while promoting Ghana's transition to self-sustainability. Target audiences include emerging voices (youth, students, young professionals), established opinion leaders (business executives, academics, policymakers, military leadership), press and media professionals, and partner organizations (NGOs, think tanks, business associations, universities, law enforcement). Programs should demonstrate clear contributions to U.S. foreign policy priorities and positively impact America's reputation among Ghanaian government partners and publics.</span></p>

Department of Fish and Wildlife

The Conservation Planning Assistance Grant program provides funding to States to support the development of new Habitat Conservation Plans (HCPs) and Conservation Benefit Agreements (CBAs; formerly referred to as Safe Harbor Agreements and Candidate Conservation Agreements with Assurances). Funding may also be used to support the renewal or amendment of existing HCPs or CBAs. The development of HCPs that include only candidate or at-risk species (i.e., no federally listed species covered by the HCP), such that the HCP would be in place if the species is listed, is also supported through this program.  Funding may be used to support development and planning activities such as document preparation, public outreach, baseline species surveys, habitat assessments, and inventories. The preparation of environmental compliance review documents, such as National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), is also an eligible use of grant funds. For CBAs, outreach, coordination, and administrative costs associated with the implementation of permitted agreements is also an eligible use of funds this year. Please Note: Applicants to the 2026 Nontraditional Section 6: Conservation Planning Assistance grant program must submit a proposal through this State opportunity. CDFW will not forward proposals to USFWS that were not submitted through this solicitation. This is a federal grant program administered by the State. Federal conditions are subject to change. The timeline for the FY2026 US Fish and Wildlife Service Cooperative Endangered Species Conservation Fund: Conservation Planning Assistance Grants Funding Opportunity is set by the US Fish and Wildlife Service; it is unknown when that funding opportunity will be released. Centers for Disease Control-GHC

The purpose of this NOFO is to continue strengthening Uganda"s capacities for rapid detection and effective and efficient response to health threats. The focus of this NOFO is based on gaps outlined by the 2023 Joint External Evaluation of Uganda"s Global Health Security capacities including but not limited to surveillance, laboratory, rapid response, and countermeasures for priority human and zoonotic diseases, water- multi-hazard multi-sectoral preparedness in connection with Uganda"s National Action Plan for Health Security. Support national legislation for, and operationalization of functional, real-time funding for health emergencies - establishing a national border health program-rolling out a functional electronic platform expanding the National Integrated Surveillance System (NISS) linking surveillance, laboratory, notification, emergency responses, reporting, and workforce tracking data related to human and zoonotic priority diseases.
