U.S. Mission to Ghana

<p><span style="color: black;">The U.S. Department of State's Embassy Accra, Ghana announces an open competition to implement programs that advance U.S.-Ghana bilateral relations and U.S. foreign policy priorities in Ghana and West Africa. This funding opportunity supports projects that align U.S.-Ghana economic and commercial engagement with core U.S. interests, secure U.S. borders through law enforcement collaboration and informed travel, counter malign actors who threaten U.S. interests in the region while promoting Ghana's transition to self-sustainability. Target audiences include emerging voices (youth, students, young professionals), established opinion leaders (business executives, academics, policymakers, military leadership), press and media professionals, and partner organizations (NGOs, think tanks, business associations, universities, law enforcement). Programs should demonstrate clear contributions to U.S. foreign policy priorities and positively impact America's reputation among Ghanaian government partners and publics.</span></p>

Africa Regional Services

Priority Region: Sub-Saharan Africa Africa Regional Services (ARS) Paris, part of the U.S. Department of State s Bureau of African Affairs, invites U.S. citizen speakers, artists, and athletes/coaches to submit Statements of Interest (SOIs) for inclusion on the ARS U.S. Speaker Program roster. Roster members may be selected for small program specific grants to conduct in-person and virtual outreach across sub-Saharan Africa. The ARS Speaker Program supports U.S. foreign policy goals in Africa by strengthening security, supporting shared prosperity, and promoting American excellence. In line with the Department s Freedom 250 initiative marking the 250th anniversary of the United States and the Decade of Sport in America programs are encouraged to: Share the American story and 250 years of American excellence in innovation, technology, and culture; and celebrate American achievement in sports. Lead the next era of results driven U.S. Africa partnership. This Annual Program Statement seeks U.S. citizen individuals with demonstrated expertise who can deliver programs in English and either French or Portuguese. Priority Program Areas include security; economic prosperity, innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship; energy security, and critical minerals; and American arts, sports, and creative industries as engines of economic opportunity. Selected individuals will be added to the ARS roster following review and interview. Being on the roster does not guarantee funding; individual grants will be made only when a specific U.S. embassy or consulate request matches a roster member s expertise and availability. U.S. Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina

INL announces a funding opportunity for qualified individuals to provide expert advisory and mentoring support to specialized anti-organized crime and corruption departments in Bosnia and Herzegovina, covering both the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska. Criminal networks in Bosnia and Herzegovina have documented links to Western Hemisphere cartels that launder drug proceeds and shield corrupt officials, directly threatening U.S. security and economic interests. Bosnia and Herzegovina sits on the Balkan Route, a key corridor for narcotics, weapons, and migrant smuggling.The selected expert or experts will strengthen prosecutorial capacity within the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's Specialized Department for Corruption and Organized Crime, known as POSKOK, and its Republika Srpska counterpart by delivering structured advisory sessions, participating in legal reform working groups, and providing case-based mentoring to prosecutors, judges, and investigators. Key objectives include strengthening prosecutorial methodology aligned with the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2014 Law on the Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime, and developing a structured case prioritization framework to help departments manage complex, high-level caseloads and identify cases with a U.S. nexus.

Bureau of Reclamation

<p>The Bureau of Reclamation"s Desalination and Water Purification Research (DWPR) Program aims to increase water supplies by reducing the costs, energy requirements, and other barriers to adoption of treating impaired water for beneficial uses. This NOFO invites proposals from eligible applicants to conduct innovative laboratory and pilot-scale water treatment research. Strong applications will demonstrate widespread applicability and benefits of the proposed research and provide a pathway for technology commercialization. This initiative supports the Bureau of Reclamation's mission to manage, develop, and protect water and related resources in an environmentally and economically sound manner in the interest of the American public by providing water managers with new and innovative technologies and approaches to develop additional water resources and increase water supply flexibility. The DWPR Program demonstrably advances Trump administration priorities, such as those identified in Presidential Executive Order 14154 (January 20, 2025): Unleashing American Energy (E.O. 14154) and Secretarial Order 3418, and aligns with other priorities and requirements, such as those identified in Presidential Executive Order 14332 (August 7, 2025): Improving Oversight in Federal Grantmaking (E.O. 14332).</p>

Fish and Wildlife Service

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) Coastal Program provides technical and financial assistance to partners to support projects that protect and restore fish and wildlife habitats on public and private lands in priority coastal ecosystems. This support is provided through cooperative agreements with conservation partners and landowners, including state and Tribal agencies. Coastal Program staff work with partners, stakeholders, and other Service programs in important areas for conservation. Fish and Wildlife Service

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) Partners for Fish and Wildlife (PFW) Program helps private landowners restore and protect habitats for fish and wildlife. It offers both technical assistance and financial support, mainly through cooperative agreements.The PFW Program has approximately 220 staff working in all 50 states and territories. They work together with project partners and stakeholders to find key areas for conservation and set habitat goals. These focus areas guide the program on where to direct resources for conserving important habitats for federal trust species. The Program also has strategic plans that help determine which projects receive funding.Since it began in 1987, the PFW Program has successfully assisted many landowners. When choosing projects, the Program aims to support specific priorities set by the Secretary of the Interior and identified in regional strategic habitat conservation plans. All projects will promote the goals of the Program, the Department of the Interior, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
