The USDA s Food and Nutrition Administration (FNA) works to nourish those in need through financially sound programs that promote health and work, as well as champion the productivity of American agriculture. FNA requests applications for the Healthy Fluid Milk Incentives (HFMI) Cooperative Agreement Project for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. The goal of these grants is to increase the purchase of fluid milk among low-income consumers participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) by providing incentives at the point of purchase. In line with the United States Department of Agriculture s (USDA) strategic goals to provide Americans with access to healthier food systems to build healthier families, the HFMI project both develops and implements modernized systems, as well as strengthens existing strategies to encourage healthy choices, healthy outcomes, and healthy families.

USDA S Food and Nutrition Administration (FNA) seeks to enter into a cooperative agreement(s) with an organization(s)/agency(ies) with expertise in working with Tribal communities who can develop, design, and implement an innovative nutrition education project for participants and program staff of the FDPIR. A maximum of $500,000 will be made available for this opportunity for the period of performance from September 2026 to September 2028. The goal for this project is to develop and deliver an innovative nutrition education project. This project will provide participants receiving benefits and services from Indian Tribal Organizations (ITOs) and State agencies that administer FDPIR with culturally appropriate nutrition education activities and programming that promote USDA Foods and support Secretary Brooke Rollins priority to strengthen strategies that encourage healthy choices, healthy outcomes, and healthy families. The tools and resources developed under this cooperative agreement must align with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025 2030 (Dietary Guidelines) and support the efforts of FDPIR program staff in conducting nutrition education activities for FDPIR participants who receive USDA Foods.

This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) invites applications for innovative basic and translational pilot research projects within the mission of the NIDDK that are aligned with NIH HIV/AIDS research priorities. These priorities were most recently outlined by the NIH Office of AIDS Research (OAR) in NOT-20-018, UPDATE: NIH HIV/AIDS Research Priorities and Guidelines for Determining HIV/AIDS Funding, scientific priorities. Potential topics could address multiple overarching priorities. These include elucidation of unique pathophysiological mechanisms contributing to HIV comorbidities, coinfections, and complications (CCCs) affecting organs, tissues, and processes within the mission of the NIDDK. Likewise, interrogations into biological mechanisms underlying HIV reservoirs in NIDDK-relevant tissues are important for developing strategies for long-term viral suppression or eradication. Finally, health-impeding social determinants of health may affect CCCs or viral reservoirs within NIDDK's mission through multiple pathways.

The Stimulating Hematology Investigation: New Endeavors (SHINE) program is intended to promote innovative, high-quality nonmalignant hematology research relevant to the missions of the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), National Institute of Aging (NIA), and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI). Investigator-initiated research project grant applications (R01s) in specific areas of basic and early translational hematology research are invited to this program that supports growth in the nonmalignant hematology research domain. Specific emerging topics that are at the leading edge of the field will change over time and will be updated annually through the NIH Guide to Grants and Contracts and hyperlinked to this NOFO.

This Task Agreement is for a project that will allow field staff to reconcile monitoring data with a new database and transition to new field data collection technology, as well as transitioning data into and maintaining databases that meet integrity rules of the Inventory and Monitoring Division database standards.
