The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity is to support one organization through a cooperative agreement to serve as the National Resource Center on Nutrition and Aging. This center will act as a central connector to the aging network for the discretionary and formula funded nutrition grants. It will offer individualized and tiered technical assistance, high-quality education, and a wide range of resources. The Resource Center will help the network provide cost-effective services that align with the purposes of the Older Americans Act, Title III-C. They will help promote the advancement of the Senior Nutrition Program network by building partnerships, supporting data collection, reporting metrics, highlighting key achievements, and engaging stakeholders to encourage long-term sustainability of the Senior Nutrition Programs.

This center will act as a central connector to the aging network for the discretionary and formula funded CDSME grants. It will offer individualized and tiered technical assistance, high-quality education, and a wide range of resources to increase the number of older adults and adults with disabilities who participate in evidence based CDSME and Self-Management Support Programs. The Resource Center will help the network provide cost-effective services that align with the purposes of the Older Americans Act, Title III-D. They will promote the advancement of the CDSME network through building partnerships, supporting data collection, reporting metrics, highlighting key achievements, and engaging stakeholders to encourage long-term sustainability of the programs.

The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) announces the anticipated availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Division B, Title II of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-75).This notice solicits applications for projects to rigorously evaluate promising interventions that contribute to adolescent optimal health and preventing teen pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), behavioral risk factors underlying teen pregnancy, or other associated risk factors. OPA intends to make available approximately $8.3 million for an estimated nine (9) grant awards for a period of up to five (5) years. The actual amount available will not be determined until enactment of the FY2027 federal budget.The goal of this initiative is to identify effective interventions focused on body literacy and ensuring transparency and protection of parental rights for future replication by adolescent health practitioners and youth-serving professionals, and to disseminate the research findings and lessons learned to inform future studies.

The Office of Population Affairs (OPA) announces the anticipated availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of Division B, Title II of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-75).This notice solicits applications for projects that provide medically accurate and age-appropriate programs that reduce teen pregnancy and advance adolescent health by strengthening body literacy, informed consent, and optimal health through the replication of effective teen pregnancy prevention (TPP) programs. Effective TPP programs are those programs that have been proven effective through rigorous evaluation to reduce teenage pregnancy, behavioral risk factors underlying teenage pregnancy, or other associated risk factors.The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to support replication of effective programs that provide adolescents with medically accurate, age-appropriate education and counseling that help them understand their bodies, clarify reproductive life goals, and make informed health decisions.

The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH) Office on Women's Health (OWH) announces the anticipated availability of funds for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 grants under the authority of section 229 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act (42 U.S.C. § 237a), section 1703(a) of the PHS Act (42 U.S.C. § 300u-2(a)), and all of the authorities under Title XVII of the Public Health Service Act, as amended, pertaining to the mission of the Office on Women's Health." 73 Fed. Reg. 62995 (Oct 2008).This notice solicits applications from organizations with demonstrated experience in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of reproductive health conditions, which may include polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS, formerly known as polycystic ovary syndrome or PCOS), endometriosis, uterine fibroids, infertility, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), reproductive-age endocrine disorders, or recurrent miscarriage. Through this cooperative agreement, selected organizations will be recognized and elevated as a Center of Excellence, building on their existing expertise to strengthen the translation of evidence into practice, enhance and standardize root-cause care pathways, expand workforce training, and improve health outcomes for women. This notice solicits applications for practical, data-driven, and scalable projects that support States, Tribal communities, healthcare systems, or community-based organizations in collecting, analyzing, and reporting information related to access to medical forensic examinations for women and girl survivors of sexual assault. Projects funded under this initiative should identify barriers, service gaps, workforce shortages, geographic gaps, wait times, and system-level challenges impacting women and girl survivor access to timely, forensic healthcare services.

The purpose of Project AWARE is to develop a sustainable framework to address mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders and promote the social and emotional wellbeing for school-aged youth in local or tribal education agency settings. NOTE: at least three awards will be made to a tribe or tribal organization pending sufficient volume of applications.

The purpose of this program is to enhance the capacity of statewide, mental health family-controlled organizations to support, train, and mentor family members/primary caregivers. The focus of this program is on family members/primary caregivers who are raising children, youth, and young adults with serious emotional disturbance or co-occurring disorders.

The purpose of this program is to expand and enhance access to Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), increasing access to treatment and recovery for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and decreasing illicit opioid use, prescription opioid misuse and overdose.
