As part of NYPA's funding of its workforce training incentives is the renewable energy field, NYPA is supporting Oneida County Office of Workforce Development?s program to connect residents of disadvantaged populations with training programs in the construction, remediation, manufacturing, and operations with a focus on occupations that support renewable energy generation and storage.
