USDOL s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to sole source up to $20,000,000 over the next 10 years to strengthen compliance with international labor standards in Vietnam and Malaysia consistent with the intentions of the nations as identified in the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade agreement. The intended recipient of the sole source funding is the International Labor Organization. Authority: USDOL Manual Series (DLMS) 2-836 G.1 and 3: A non-competitive award is authorized or required by the statute funding the program; the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.
