The parking lot of the Rainier Beach Safeway is transformed into a treaters wonderland with dozens of booths hosted by Seattle city leaders, city departments, community groups and local merchants along with entertainment. Kids can trick or treat for spooky surprises, prizes, and sweet treats, hosted by local organizations and businesses. There will also be flu and COVID 19 vaccinations.
