About This Grant

The purpose of the OJET GCEW Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provide funding to eligible organizations to expand or create statewide clean energy training or pre-apprenticeship programs and provide wraparound services to participants in these programs. Eligible organizations may utilize the services of a training provider to deliver the programs.

Eligibility

  • Eligible Bidders include for-profit entities, including corporations, LLCs, and LLPs; not-for-profit (NFP) entities; municipalities; utilities; trade associations and unions; and educational institutions, including technical high schools, colleges, and universities. Eligible participants include individuals 18 years and older, particularly individuals from Disadvantaged Communities (DACs), and individuals with barriers to employment.
