Delivers comprehensive, community-based academic and workforce development programs and provide support services leading to enhanced employment opportunities, access to further education and opportunities for personal growth and development. EOCs seek to serve both students and the broader community by providing access to and familiarity with technology and overall general information and services, such as college and job fairs, community service programs and High School Equivalency (HSE) testing sites. Additionally, EOC's host ATTAIN Labs ATTAIN is to bridge the digital divide in communities of need and to offer self-paced occupational, academic, life skills and self-development courses.
