About This Grant
The Pay for Performance Operating Grant Program supports the operational resource needs of workforce training providers offering specialized job training in targeted, high-demand industries. Applicants can apply for funding to be used for a variety of programmatic expenses related to a new program or expansion of an existing program, such as curricula development, instruction and instructional materials, technology, marketing, and/or trainee supports, etc.

Eligibility
- Eligible training providers must: serve one of seven eligible industry sectors (advanced manufacturing, biotech/life sciences, cleantech/renewable energy, construction, electronics/OPI, film/tv production/post-production, software/digital media); provide wraparound supports to increase trainee success; demonstrate industry partnerships and collaboration; must result in job placement in relevant industry; serve priority populations; match funding (25%) must be secured.
