Priority program areas may cover one or more of the following goals: (1) Freedom 250 – Commemorate the 250th Anniversary of America’s Founding; (2) Safeguarding Americans and Cambodians Against Transnational Cybercrime and Advancing U.S. Technological Leadership and Economic Interests; (3) Engaging Alumni Networks to Advance U.S. Interests; (4) Promoting U.S. Higher Education; (5) Promoting American English Language Education, and (6) Countering Malign Influence and Promoting Free Speech.
