Consistent with the expanded geographic scope for humanitarian assistance in Burma authorized in the FY 2010 legislation, an assessment was conducted in June/July 2010 to determine chronic humanitarian needs, consider the operational context and inform USAID s program priorities. The assessment was conducted in a broadly consultative process. The assessment report is not for public release as it will inform the Request for Applications (RFA) now planned for the 2011 calendar year.. -End of Pre-solicitation Notice Amendment #3-
