About This Grant

The interns will learn about complex natural and cultural resources in the parks through interactive experiences and work assignments. They will learn about resource challenges, such as hemlock and ash tree infestations, exotic invasive vegetation management, amphibian surveys to study the effects of insecticides, bat population decline, water pollution and data organization. Also, interns will be directly involved with sharing information and educating the public.
