All rights, including copyrights, to works created as part of this task agreement belong to the National Park Service. The National Park Service agrees to allow George Washington University to use works created under this task agreement, without charge, for the purposes, and in accordance with the procedures, set forth in sub-article X.8 in the Cooperative Agreement P11AC30805.
