The purpose of the Guide for Public Lands Accessible Facilities and Programs is to provide USFWS employees and volunteers a practical resource that assists field staff and volunteers in providing a welcome environment that is inclusive of all visitors. The guide would also serve as an open resource to other public lands agencies.
