On Thursday, June 6, 2020, from 10am-6pm, at 400 23rd Avenue, the City of Seattle along with hundreds of Garfield alumni, students & parents will be celebrating the High School's Centennial. Over the next several months project highlights include musical performances by noted alumni & current students, mini class reunions, and the Golden Grad scholarship awards ceremony. The honorary chairperson for this event is the legendary performer and producer Garfield alum Quincy Jones.
