Composting Toilet for Washington Park Arboretum
About This Grant
The Arboretum Foundation will install an environmentally-friendly composting toilet system in the area adjacent to the Pacific Connections Gardens in the Washington Park Arboretum located at 2300 Arboretum Drive East. A prefabricated, composting toilet system will alleviate the lack of facilities, reduce water waste, and promote sustainable practices in outdoor recreation and education.
