About This Grant

Seattle Community Puppet day is being coordinated by a collection of Seattle-based puppet artists to welcome visiting puppeteers from across the Pacific Northwest as they attend the Puppeteers of America Pacific Northwest Regional Festival and will partner with them to provide a neighborhood clean-up, free arts and cultural activities for the public, and a local community fair event. Together with members of the public, they will clean up litter over Capitol Hill on Saturday, August 6th 9:30-11:30 a.m. before welcoming the community to a FREE fun-filled community fair at Seattle Central College, 1701 Broadway, at noon. The fair will provide free performances, arts and crafts activities, local tabling, and more! This project will be completed by September 30, 2022.
