The festival starts on April 9th but the Small Sparks fund will pay for entertainment from May to September on the second Saturday of each month. The festival will be held on Roberto Maestas Festival Street and El Centro de la Raza grounds and Plaza. The anticipated project completion date is October 31, 2022.
