The IRS is soliciting comments concerning the funding relief for multiemployer defined benefit pension plans under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

The budget and the period of performance for the grant will be January 1, 2026-December 31, 2026. The application period runs from May 15, 2025, through July 14, 2025.

Currently, the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, Department of the Treasury, is soliciting comments concerning the Opportunity Zone (OZ) Nomination Tool. The OZ Nomination Tool contains online forms submitted through the CDFI Fund's Awards Management Information System (AMIS).

Treasury has completed two rounds of funding for the SIPPRA program through two releases of a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Treasury invites comments on the revisions to the FY26 NOFO to improve the efficacy and efficiency of the application review process.

Treasury, under a delegation from the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), is authorized to designate new databases for inclusion in the Do Not Pay Working System. Treasury is issuing this Notice of Proposed Designation to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the proposed designation of the Social Security Administration's Numerical Identification System (Numident) to the Do Not Pay Working System.
