The revisions add a routine use permitting disclosure to the U.S. Department of the Treasury for purposes of reviewing payment and award eligibility through the Do Not Pay Working System to identify, prevent, or recover improper payments, consistent with OMB Memorandum M-25-32 and Executive Order 14249. These system notices are subject to a 30-day public comment period.
