D.I.Y. Intern Program - Toolkit for Success

About This Grant

The goal of D.I.Y. Intern Program-Toolkit for Success is to develop a consistent internship program for Multnomah County Library and other public libraries that provides adequate support and guidance for interns and results in the delivery of effective library services to the public. A Project Consultant will work with an Advisory Committee of volunteer management specialists to create a comprehensive internship program at MCL, and to develop and distribute a toolkit of resources for use by other public libraries.
