Oregon School Library Standards Learning Objectives and Grade Level Alignment, Year 2

About This Grant

The Standards Committee will create grade level articulation, learning goals, and alignment to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for the library standards. Library staff across the state will use these resources to increase their understanding of how the standards should be applied to each grade level in teaching, providing more consistent teaching of the standards across the state. Although the benefit is most readily seen in teacher knowledge, the long-term benefit is in the increase in student knowledge and application of information literacy skills.
