Base - This project will refurbish the two building 571 elevators for the LASP animal facility housed in this building. The building 571 elevator refurbishments are the highest priority of the elevator refurbishment designs completed under Work Order 126597 and are being completed as the Phase 1 Base Project as the design for the refurbishment of these elevators has already been completed. Subsequent elevator refurbishments will potentially be completed under Work Order 126597 following the completion of their designs on 4/30/2025 as follows: Phase 2: Building 535 (2 Elevators) Phase 3: Building 560 (4 Elevators) Phase 4: Building 1021 (1 Elevator) Phase 5: Building 1066 (1 Elevator) Option 1 - The refurbishment of the building 535 direct lift hydraulic passenger elevator will consist of the replacement/upgrade of the existing elevator cab finishes, elevator drive equipment, controls package, safety systems. and various improvements to the electrical, lighting, and fire alarm systems serving the elevator. Option 2 - This project will refurbish the four building 560 elevators. This will be the Phase 3 priority project for the elevator refurbishment designs being completed under Work Order 126597B Option 3: - This project will refurbish the building 1021 elevator. This will be the Phase 4 priority project for the elevator refurbishment designs being completed under Work Order 126597C Option 4 - This project will refurbish the building 1066 elevator. This will be the Phase 5 priority project for the elevator refurbishment designs being completed under Work Order 126597D
