This NOFO will advance HIV testing, treatment, retention, and viral suppression in Ghana by:Equipping laboratories with appropriate diagnostic technologies.Building staff skills to manage quality laboratory services.Strengthening the capacity of the Government of Ghana (GoG) MoH to take full responsibility for managing laboratory services, diagnostic networks, and systems for HIV, TB, and other priority infectious diseases.
