About This Grant
Stakeholders Consultation Workshops: Feed the Future Bangladesh Livestock and Nutrition Activity Interested Parties are required to confirm participation by COB Wednesday, January 8, 2019 to Muhammad Nuruzzaman at mnuruzzaman@usaid.gov with a copy to Samiul Islam Khan (sakhan@usaid.gov) and Osagie Aimiuwu (oaimiuwu@usaid.gov). The confirmation must include Venue, Date, Time, and Location. No allowances will be provided by USAID. Consultation Workshops: USAID/Bangladesh is planning to hold five stakeholders consultation workshops on the livestock sector. These workshops will be held in the following five districts of Bangladesh: (Jashore, Khulna, Barishal, Cox s Bazar, and Dhaka), and will be conducted in collaboration with ACDI/VOCA, the implementing partner of the ongoing USAID-funded Feed the Future Bangladesh Livestock and Nutrition Activity. Potential Stakeholders: may include government, academia, private sector, media, civil society, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), associations, financial institutions, and the judiciary. Potential Outcomes: may include creating awareness about the achievement of USAID s livestock interventions in the country, receiving feedback from stakeholders about their perceptions of USAID s current livestock interventions and suggestions/recommendations for future interventions.
