VA is announcing the availability of approximately $42 million, pending availability of funding for legal services grants under the LSV-H Grant Program. VA anticipates the grants will be for a period of 2 years, starting in fiscal year (FY) 2026 on October 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2027. VA anticipates awarding approximately 84 grants, with the maximum award of $500,000 per grantee for the 2-year period.
