North Beacon Hill Council and partner organizations are developing an online survey to poll residents regarding: a) the proposal to double the Beacon Hill urban village size in the Seattle 2035 Comprehensive Plan Update, b) the continued commitment to the 2010 Neighborhood Plan goals and c) other local issues. The DON Small and Simple grant will fund the translation, distribution and associated events to reach the 44% foreign born population who are non-English or limited English speaking.
