About This Grant
The Green Lake Advisory Council is hosting its 47th annual Pathway of Lights at Green Lake located at 7201 East Green Lake Dr N Seattle WA on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 4:30-7:30 pm. This free special event marks the start of the winter season and has become a lauded community tradition. At sunset, Green Lake is transformed with 2.8 miles of luminaries into a radiant, sparkling oasis. On any given year, up to 20,000 visitors descend on Green Lake for this festive and much beloved celebration. The Green Lake Advisory Council will enhance this year's event with a hot air balloon "night glow" on the playfields at Green Lake Community.
