The free and open to the public event will be held on private property located at 1201 Third Ave Plaza in downtown Seattle between 9 AM to 6PM. The event will feature a youth zone, live DJ sets, spoken word, and performances curated by Black artists. This one-day community event, titled “The Yard,” is inspired by HBCU traditions and commemorates both the 10-year anniversary of PACE and the 7-year anniversary of The Union, PACE's downtown creative, cultural and media hub.
