Service Standards for the Department of Justice Funding Programs 2021-2022

About This Grant

A service standard is a public commitment to a measurable level of performance that clients can expect under normal circumstances. The Department of Justice has set three service standards for the timely and accurate delivery of Program-related services under normal circumstances. Acknowledgement Our goal is to acknowledge receipt of your funding application within 7 calendar days of receiving your funding request. Funding Decision Our goal is to issue official written notification of the funding decision within 120 calendar days of the Program's receipt of your completed proposal. Payment Our goal is to process payments within 28 calendar days after the completion of the requirements outlined in the contribution agreement or the grant letter.
